How do you launch a new baby food brand into a competitive category? We helped Once Upon a Farm craft their positioning by leveraging something the competition could not: a refrigerated product that raised the question about how fresh the other baby food really is. And we built the messaging around the research insight that all moms would make fresh food for their babies if they could. We ended up with the tag line – As fresh as it gets without making it yourself.
